摘要
艺术体操已在普通高校广泛重视与开展。总结了艺术体操教学规律,分析探讨了几种艺术体操教学方法和示范方法。
Rhythmic gymnastics have been widely emphasized and developed in colleges. The teaching rules of rhythmic gymnastics was summarized and several commonly-used teaching and demonstration methods of rhythmic gymnastics were analyzed.
