摘要
本文分析了热轧法非织造布的粘合结构形成机理及其工艺条件,研究了工艺参数变化对产品强力和粘合结构形态的影响,提出了由复合相构成的非织造布物理结构模型。分析结果对于调整热轧生产工艺和提高非织造布质量具有一定意义。
This paper investigates the bond formation principle and the coordination of the technology parameters of the thermocalender bonded process for nonwoven production. Many experiments are carried out for studying influence of the technology parameters on nonwoven strength and morphology structure of bonded areas. Theonetical analysis has also identified the experimental conclusions. Two-phase models of nonwovens are proposed for understanding effect of technology parameters on the nonwoven structure and property.
