摘要
要发展我国的农业机械化事业,必须要有一大批创新型农业机械化人才。用新的思想观点分析农业机械化问题和用新的工作方法从事农业机械化工作的人是创新型农业机械化人才。创新型农业机械化人才有四个主要特点。创新型农业机械化人才的结构层次分为四个领域十六种类型。培养和造就一大批创新型农业机械化人才是全国农机教育系统所面临的严肃课题和艰巨任务。
A large number of creative talents are increasingly needed to develop our agri-mechanization. In the present paper, we mean those who can use creative ideas and new methods to analyze and study agri-mechanization are creative talents. They possess four primary features with its structure in 16 categories in four fields. Training creative talents for agri-mechanization is rigid task and serious subject for all national agricultural educational departments involved.
