摘要
将大鼠分别给予氯甲酸三氯甲酯静式染毒,取肺脏,通过光镜、扫描和透射电镜观察肺损伤情况。主要病变为6h出现细小支气管纤毛上皮细胞脱落,肺泡隔间质水肿,肺泡壁毛细血管内皮细胞肿胀、吞饮小泡增多、囊泡形成、破损,并呈进行性加重,Ⅰ型细胞破坏。24h出现明显的肺水肿,72hⅡ型细胞显著增生,到240h上述病变都有不同程度恢复。
The rats were exposured to diphosgene. Lungs were separate from the rats. By light microscope, scanning and transmission electron microscope, the main changes were as follows: some of the ciliated epithelial cells of bronchioles and bronchia falled off at 6h; Septal interstium spaces appeared edema; The endothelial cells of capillaries were progressively swollen, increased in pinocytotic vesicle,vesiculation and damage; The type 1 cells were damaged. Puimonary edema was found at 24h.The type 2 cells were mindently proliferation at 72h. The above changes show various degrees of recovery at 240h.
