1,25-二羟维生素D_3对MDPC-23细胞增殖和碱性磷酸酶活性的影响

摘要 目的 :探讨 1 ,2 5 二羟维生素D3 (1 ,2 5 dihydroxyvitaminD3 ,1 ,2 5 (OH) 2 D3 )对成牙本质细胞系MDPC 2 3细胞增殖和碱性磷酸酶 (alkalinephosphatase,ALP)活性的影响。方法 :细胞培养 ,MTT比色测定法和碱性磷酸酶活性测定法。结果 :1 ,2 5 (OH) 2 D3 明显抑制MDPC 2 3细胞增殖 ,而促进MDPC 2 3细胞内碱性磷酸酶活性 ,呈一定的剂量和时间依赖性。结论 :1 ,2 5 (OH) 2 D3 可调节成牙本质细胞增殖和ALP活性 。 Objective:To evaluate the effects of 1,25 (OH) 2D 3 (1,25 dihydroxyvitamin D 3) on the proliferation and ALP (alkaline phosphatase,ALP) of odontoblast cell line MDPC 23.Methods:Cell culture,MTT colorimetric assay and assay of ALP activity were used.Results:1,25 (OH) 2D 3 significantly inhibited the proliferation of MDPC 23 cells,while increased greatly ALP activity of cells in a dose and time dependent manner. Conclusion:1,25 (OH) 2D 3 may regulate the proliferation and ALP activity of odontoblast cells,and play important roles in proliferation and mineralization of odontoblast cells.
