摘要
以康氏木霉为出发菌株 ,经亚硝基胍 (NTG)和60 Co辐射交替诱变处理 ,获得 1株木聚糖酶高产菌TN 2 7,在优化培养条件下 ,产酶活力可达 3 61 7U/g。对该酶的性质研究表明 ,其米氏常数为 4.76g/L ,最适温度 5 0℃ ,最适pH 5 .2 ,热稳定性较好 ,适合于用作饲料酶制剂。
A mutant with high yielding xylanase from Trichoderma koningii was obtained through treatment of NTG and γ-ray of +{60}Co.Under the optimized solid-state fermentation,The enzyme activity is 3 716 U/g.It could be applied as ideal feed enzyme by means of the determination of some characteristics and assay of various enzyme produced by the strain.The results showed that the Km was 4.76 g/L,the optimal temperature was 50℃ and pH5.2 respectively.
