摘要
南海一号自升式钻井船桩腿强度验算是该平台改装的关键课题之一。本文从分析以往国内外多家研究机构采用的计算模型的不合理性出发,提出了一个新的较合理的计算模型。该模型较好地模拟了钻井船的受力状态,能准确地反映升降机构齿轮箱弹簧支座对桩腿受力的影响,及船体在极端状态下位移引起的二次弯矩。该平台1989年改装完成,1991年7月经受了52m/s台风的正面袭击,证明其结构复核的正确性。本文还讨论了影响自升式钻井船结构安全的两个关键问题,可供深入研究这类结构时参考。
The check computation of leg strength is one of the critical subjects for Jackup No. 1 of South China Sea. In this paper, a new and more reasonable computation model is created from the analysis of unreasonable computation model used by many a research institution both at home and abroad. This model can well simulate the jackup state acted by force, and accurately reflect the effect on the legs acted by the spring supports of the gear box lifting system and the re-bending torque induced by hull at the extraordinary state. The conversion of this platform was completed in 1989, and withstood the typhoon of 52 m/s from the frontal attack, which proved the correct check computation of the structue.
Two essential problems of jackup structure safety are also discussed in this paper, which can be used as reference for the further study of this kind of structure.
