摘要
探讨了网络环境对图书馆信息服务工作的影响,分析了网络信息服务的特点,并从开展图书馆有偿服务、信 息资源导航服务、加强用户信息获取能力培训等方面提出了加强图书馆信息服务的措施。
The influence of network environment on libraries' information service was expounded and the features of network information service were analyzed. The author proposed some measures to strengthen information service in libraries by providing payment service, information resource navigation service, and training of users' information access capability.
