摘要
目的 比较万拉法新与氟西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效与副作用。方法 将符合CCMD-3抑郁症诊断标准的60例患者随机分为万拉法新组(30例)和氟西汀组(30例),疗程6w。治疗前及治疗1、2、4、6w末分别采用HAMD、CGI-SI、TESS进行评定。结果 两组总有效率和副反应发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05),而第2w两组间HAMD评分有显著性差异(t=2.50,P<0.05)。结论 万拉法新抗抑郁作用起效较快,疗效及副反应与氟西汀相当。
Objective To compare the efficacy and side effects between venlafaxine and fluoxetine in the treatment of depression. Methods 63 patients with depression (met the criterion of CCMD - 3 for depression) were randomly divided into venlafaxine and fluoxetine groups treated for six weeks and assessed by HAMD,CGI-SI and TESS before treatment and in 1st ,2nd,4th and 6th week of the treatment . Results There was no significant difference in total effective rate and side effects (P>0. 05) ,but significant difference in the scores of HAMD in 2nd week between 2 groups (y = 2. 5,P<0. 05). Conclusion Venlafaxine takes effect more quickly and its efficacy and side effects are similar to fluoxetine's.
