摘要
邻氨基酚和芳香羧酸在微波辐射条件下缩合 ,合成了 4种 2 芳基取代苯并口恶唑化合物。优化反应条件为 :多聚磷酸为催化剂 ,辐射功率 5 0 0W ,辐射时间 4min。
Under the microwave irradiattion, four 2-aryl-substituted benzoxazoles were synthesized by condensation of o-aminophenol and carboxylic acid catalyzed by polyphosphoric acid. The optimum reaction conditions were: the reactant was 5mmol, PPA catalyst were 10mL, microwave power was 500W and the irradation time was 4min.
