湘鄂渝黔边区产业结构调整的方向是要建立和发展地区的优势产业和特色经济。边区教育结构的改革应立足于支持边区的优势产业和特色经济的构建和发展上,与产业结构调整相适应。
The aim of readjusting industrial structure of the Hunan-Hubei-Chongqing-Guizhou Border Region is to build regional superior industries and develop economy with regional characteristics on which reform of educational structure in the border region should be based in order to fit in with readjusting industrial structure.
