摘要
研究了磁性微粒浓度、外加磁场对水基磁性流体在水平加热棒加热情况下的沸腾传热影响。实验结果显示,磁性微粒浓度、外加磁场对磁性流体的沸腾换热有很大影响。高浓度的磁粒浓度使磁性流体沸腾换热恶化,对于中低浓度的磁性流体,存在一个最优的磁粒浓度,在该浓度下沸腾传热的强化效果最显著,施加磁场时该结论仍然成立。施加磁场使磁性流体的沸腾传热强化。
The effect of magnetite concentration and applied magnetic field on pool boiling heat transfer of a water-based magnetic fluid was investigated on a horizontal heater. The experiments show that the heat transfer of the dense magnetic fluid was reduced while there was an optimum magnetite concentration in which the enhancement of heat transfer was best for the dilute magnetite particles; this conclusion was the same with the applied magnetic field. The applied magnetic field made the boiling heat transfer of magnetic fluid enhanced.
