高能聚焦超声对肝癌患者免疫功能的影响

摘要 目的 :通过检测 T淋巴细胞亚群和 Ig G、Ig M、Ig A、C3、C4 的变化 ,探讨高能聚焦超声 (HIFU )对肝癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法 :采用 HIFU治疗中晚期肝癌患者 4 5例 ,分别在治疗前、治疗后第 7、14天取外周血检测细胞免疫和体液免疫功能 ,并对 6例经 HIFU治疗后的肝穿活检标本进行病理检查。结果 :病理结果显示 HIFU治疗区内癌组织发生不可逆损伤 ;细胞免疫和体液免疫功能在治疗前后无显著性差异。结论 :HIFU能有效破坏肝癌组织 ,但不能明显改善病人的免疫状态 ,应配合免疫治疗、提高生存期。 Objective:To investigate immunity in patients with primary liver cancer(PLC)treated by high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) by observing the changes of T lymphocyte subsets and IgG、IgM、IgA、C 3、C 4.Methods:HIFU system was used to treat 45 patients with mid-advanced PLC. The blood tests of cellular and humoral immunity were made before and on the 7th,14th days after sonication.The histological changes of target lesions were observed by light microscope.Result:Light microscope observations revealed that HIFU could lead to irreversible changes in the tumour cells of the target lesions. There were not significant difference between the values of cellular and humoral immunity before and after ablation.Conclusion:HIFU could destroy the tissues of PLC effectively but could not change the immunity of patients.It may be a good opinion to combine immunotherapy to get better prognosis.
