摘要 阐述了搅拌铸造制备碳化硅颗粒增强铝基复合材料孔隙率的测定方法,分析了复合材料中形成孔隙的原因和影响因素,并从真空度、搅拌杆形状、搅拌时间、浇注系统设计、浇注方式、改善SiC和基体界面浸润性等方面,探讨了降低搅拌铸造制备铝基复合材料孔隙率的措施和方法.结果表明,通过采取合理的制备方法和工艺参数,可以有效地使所制备材料的孔隙率降低到1%,提高材料的复合质量. The method for measuring the porosity of stirring cast made SiC particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites is introduced in this paper. The causes and factors that form the porosity in SiC particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites are analyzed and the measures and methods to reduce the porosity are analyzed as well. These methods include vacuum degree, stirring tool shape, stirring time, pouring and gating system, improvement of wet ability in between the surface of SiC particles and aluminum etc. The results show that the porosity can be significantly reduced up to 1% with correct stirring method and processing technology, and so the quality of the composites can be much improved.
