摘要
氯离子与硫氰酸汞和硝酸铁在酸性介质中反应生成红色的络合物,此络合物的吸光度与水中氯离子的含量成正比。基于这一反应原理,建立了自动快速测定痕量氯离子的流动注射分光光度新方法,并进一步建立了自动快速测定强碱性阴离子交换树脂性能的流动注射分光光度法。该文介绍了对强碱性阴离子交换树脂(201x7 型)性能的测定,并对影响 201x7 树脂工作交换容量的各因素,如再生剂浓度、再生剂量、再生速度、运行速度、温度等进行了 FIA 动态考察,获得了测定其工作的最佳条件。该法具有装置简单、体积小、测定时间短、操作简便、重现性好等特点,可提高工作效率100 倍。
Chloride ion reacts with mercuric thiocyanate and iron (II) nitrite in acidic media to form a red complex, and the absorbance corresponding to the complex will be proportional to the concentration of chloride. According to the principle, a newly automatic analytical method used for determining ppb-level chloride has been established by flow-injection spectrophotometry. Based on this method, then a novel flow- injection spectrophotometric method for the performance determination of strong alkaline anion-exchange resin (SAAER) has been also developed. In this paper, the performance of SAAER (201x7 type) was firstly determined, then effects on the exchange capacity of 201x7 type resin, the concentration and using amount and flow rate of regeneration reagent, the flow rate of sample water, ion-exchange temperature, etc. were investigated dynamically. The optimum conditions being suitable to 201x7 resins were obtained. The proposed method is characterized with small device, shorter test- time, simplicity to operate, and good reproducibility. It is approximately 100 times more efficient than the manual method being used now, and it will be able to apply for the determination of 201x7 type resin performance.
