摘要
首次对军队院校信息化评估指标体系进行了研究,提出了评估指标体系的设计原则,确定了指标体系的32个主要指标,并运用层次分析法和模糊评估建立模型,给出了各指标因素权重的确定方法,从而为客观评估军队院校信息化水平提供了依据,有利于军队院校制定信息化发展战略。
By using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) and fuzzy evaluation,this paper established the principlesand 32 principal indexes of the evaluation system, and presents a method which can help the military universities to evaluate their level of information and formulate their information development strategy.
