摘要 对实验用新汶原煤进行了工业分析 ,确定Ca(OH) 2 为固硫剂 ,在实验温度 1 0 0 0℃、Ca S为 1 5的条件下 ,研究几种固硫添加剂对Ca(OH) 2 固硫能力的影响。实验结果表明 :部分添加剂的加入改善了Ca(OH) 2 的固硫能力 ,提高了固硫效果 ,尤其以 2 # 添加剂为最佳 ,不但降低了原煤的着火点 ,燃尽后的残余量也较小 ,且其固硫率较高。 The industry character of Xinwen coal is analysed in this text. Under the circumstance of 1000℃ and Ca/S=5, the influence on several additive for sulfur capture to the sulfur capture ability of Ca(OH) 2 is researched .It proved that the additive improve the sulfur capture ability and effect of Ca(OH) 2. The best 2~# additive not only lowers the kindling point of coal but also reduces cinder with the higher rate of sulfur capture Correspondingly. In addition, combustibility of coal adding various additive is compared and analysed.
