摘要 运用等效介质法 (EMT)和基于严格电磁场理论的傅立叶模式理论 (FMT)分别讨论了三角形浮雕型的亚波长位相光栅的衍射特性 ,并对以上两种方法的数值模拟结果进行了比较研究。发现了等效介质法的局限性 。 In this paper,diffraction characteristics of triangular surface subwavelength grating is analyzed by use of effective-medium theory (EMT) and Fourier mode theory (FMT) based on rigorous electromagnetic theory,respectively.We discuss and compare the calculating results obtained from the two theories.Limitation of EMT is found and the guided-mode resonance is studied by FMT.
