摘要
通过对中美两国高等学校高水平运动队机构管理和运动员管理的比较研究,发现有较强的互补性。为我们进一步探索市场经济条件下如何办好高校高水平运动队,为建立有中国特色的高校高水平竞技体系,尽快与国际接轨,为我国高校体育改革,特别是我国高等学校竞技体育的发展提供理论依据。
Maintaining normal training, competition,studyand life in the management of high-levels ports teams in colleges and universities between China and USA, the paper presents some theoretical basis for the establishment of high-level sports in colleges and universities with Chinese characteristics and in accordance with international rules.The paper also advanced the improvement of the socialization of high-level sports teams and reformand development of competitive sports in colleges and universities in China。
