摘要
从规律、原理、原则三者内在的逻辑关系论述了训练原理和原则的产生过程,提出了训练适应是体能训练的主要原理,从新的视角对运动负荷的概念进行剖析,对恢复机制提出了新的见解。
This paper discuss the developing process of training principle from inner logical relationship between regular and principle, Showing that training adaptation is major principle in physical stamina training, also analyzing the conception of sports load from new view and putting forward a new idea to recovery mechanism.
