贵州黔源电力股份有限公司在工程建设中,以“安全、质量、工期、投资”为控制中心,通过科学管理、实践创新,使工程首台机组比原计划提前了近18个月投产发电。本文通过工程质量和工期控制的介绍,阐述了工程建设的过程控制和实施效果。
Guizhou Qianyuan Power Incorporated Corporation has emphasized four aspects of safety,quality,time limited by project and investment during project construction,which made the first unit generating electricity18months ahead schedule in term of scientific management and innovative practice.This article introduces the control on project management and construction stage,along with pro-cedure control and performing effect.
