摘要
通过对工业煤粉锅炉热平衡计算模型的分析,利用在线热平衡计算,研究这些因素对锅炉燃烧效率的影响。煤粉锅炉投入本系统后,燃烧效率和稳定运行情况有明显提高,有利于其高效稳定运行,达到了增产降耗的目标。
In this paper, the study of influence of the factors on boiler firing efficiency is made by means of analyzing heat balance computation model and computing online heat balance of industrial pulverized-coal fired boiler. After this system is applied for the pulverized-coal fired boiler, the firing efficiency and stable operation of boiler are increased obviously, which is favorable for effective stable operation of boiler and realization of increasing output and reducing cost.
