摘要
旅游高职教育作为旅游职业教育的高级形式 ,其专业教师素质要满足在教育教学过程中体现“高等性”和“职业性”的师德水平、教学水平、学术水平和技能水平的要求。实践是最有效的培养途径 ,教师培养要以“双师型”教师为目标 ,建立制度化、规范化的进修。
Tourism specialty in higher vocational education, as an advanced form of tourism vocational education, requires its teachers to have the professional quality that can embody the 'higher and professional property' of its teachers' morals, instruction, learning and skills required in the course of teaching. Practice is the most effective way to develop the teachers' capacities. The training of the teachers should aim at the development of 'both as a teacher and an expert in their specialty', the establishment of systematic and standardized training plans and the system of going into tourist enterprises to have an investigation and research.
