摘要
通过用 0 .15~ 0 .2 0 m L· kg- 1 剂量的 QFM麻醉合剂对 7条试验犬进行颈部肌肉注射麻醉 ,麻醉期间进行手术处置。同时 ,用多道生理记录仪、Datex循环呼吸监护仪进行连续动态监测 ,并进行一般临床麻醉效果观察。结果证明 ,QFM对犬麻醉效果确实 ,镇静、镇痛、肌松效果均衡 ,诱导及复苏迅速平稳 ,无流涎和呕吐等负反应发生 ,且对机体的生理功能影响轻微。术间表现为 ,切割组织无疼痛 ,牵拉内脏无反应 ,心率 (HR)和呼吸频率 (RR)及各项指标在麻醉分期的外科麻醉期 级水平的麻醉高峰期时也在生理耐受范围内 ,且心跳缓慢有力 ,均匀而有节律 ,呼吸亦均匀而有节律 ,无节律不齐现象 ,诸如潮式呼吸、阵性喘息和较长的呼吸间竭等不良反应。血氧化饱合度 (SPO2 )始终维持在 90 %以上。说明 。
dogs were anaesthetized with QFM combination at a dose of 0.15~0.20 mL·kg -1 body weight intramuscularly.During anesthesia,the anaesthetic effects were observed and respiratory,circulatory and encephalic function were investigated with multi-functional physiologic recorder SJ-42,Datex respiratory monitory and circulatory monitor,and their clinical anaesthetic effects were also observed.The results showed that QFM combination had good anaesthetic effects in dogs.Sedative,analgesic and muscular relaxing effects were in a complete and well-balanced way.The induction and resuscitation were calm and rapid.There were no salivation,vomiting and muscular quivers and other bad effects,and had slight influences on the physiological functions of dogs.During operations,dogs showed analgesia when cut tissues and no reactions when moved entrails.Respiration rate,heart rate,and temperature were all in the physiological range even in surgical anaesthetic period.The beats were slow but very strong and uniform.Respiration rates also were uniform and had no tide respiration,gasp and long respiratory lull.Blood oxygen saturation(SPO 2)is plenty (above 90%)。From the investigation,we can concluded that QFM combination can be used for ordinary clinical operation anesthesia of dogs.
