摘要
研究了适合于高速胶印机的纸张输送机构———椭圆齿轮变速输纸机构的优化设计问题。通过理论分析 ,建立了以纸张到达前规时的速度作为目标函数的优化设计数学模型 ,探讨了求解方法。并针对实例进行了优化设计 ,可以在满足工艺要求的前提下获得最优方案 ,验证了本方法的正确性 。
An kind of optimal design of elliptic gears for the paper-transferring mechanism with variable speeds is introduced in this paper to meet the need of high-speed offset press.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the paper-transferring speed is proposed to be the objective in the optimal design.The numerical solution of a practical example is presented.The effectiveness of the method developed in this paper has been verified by the example.
