摘要
结合多体动力学和有限元方法对柴油机曲轴的振动特性进行了分析,建立了柔性曲轴的曲轴系统多体动力学模型,分析得出主轴承反力和活塞侧向力以及曲轴的扭转振动,并将扭转振动和实验结果比较,验证了仿真结果的正确性。
A combined finite element method (FEM) and multibody system simulation (MSS) simulationtechnique can be applied to solve for engine crankshaft dynamic. The multi-body dynamics model of the flexiblecrankshaft system is established in this paper. The torsion vibration, the main bearing reaction forces and piston sideloads are obtained through the dynamics analysis of crankshaft system. The simulation results are proved reliable bycompared torsion vibration from simulate with experiment.
