摘要
介绍了项目质量管理的目的、意义 ,并就在项目质量管理中存在的具体问题作了分析探讨 ,从加强质量教育、加强技术基础工作等方面 ,提出了加强项目质量管理的对策。
The goal and significance of project quality management are introduced and according to the issues existed in practice from strengthen education, technical training and other aspects corresponding measures are proposed for quality control of project.
