摘要
云南省斗南锰矿的灰质氧化锰矿石的主要工业矿物为褐锰矿,呈鲕状及团块状集合体,集合体粒度为0.12—0.38mm,比磁化系数为149.58×10^(-6)cm^3/g。采用粗粒集合体入选,用全磁选流程或重磁选流程都能获得相近的分选结果。相比之下,全磁选流程的Ⅰ、Ⅱ级精矿品位较高,可分别达到38.2%和35.86%,具有流程简单,耗电、耗水省,易于操作,投资少,利润高等优点,最后确定采用粗选、一次扫选的全磁选流程。同时,此流程也可以解决斗南地区水资源困难的问题。
The main industrial mineral composition of limy manganese oxide ores is brauhire in the form of oolite and clump aggregate. The size of aggregates is 0.12—0.38mm;specific susceptibility is 149.58×10^(-6)cm^3/g. similar results can be obtained with eithes fully magnetic separation class Ⅰ and Ⅱ concentrate grade is higher to 38.2% and 35.86% respectively. The magnetic separation cireuit has such advantages as single circuit,less water and electrcity consumption,convenient operation, lower investment,highes benefit. And it can also solve the problem of poor water resource in that area.so the fully magnetic separation circuit including rougher,scavenger separation has been chosen for use.
