摘要
针对军队医院护理工作中存在的主要问题,研究、创立了网络环境下军队医院护理工作模式,将决策过程与信息利用的基本原理贯穿于研究思路中,结合军队医院特点,充分利用军卫系统信息、网络资源,开发了“军队医院护理综合信息系统”(以下简称“护理系统”),以实现研究目的。改进了护理质量评价体系,建立了护理人力资源动态调配、整体护理应用与护士长业务管理等网络模式,为军队医院护理工作提供了信息网络环境下的管理模式。
Aim at the main issues occured in the military hospital nursing,li nk ing the characteristics of military hospital,investigated and set up the milita ry hospital nursing work mode under the net condition,run through the decision-making process and the basic theory of utilizing information in the researchin g.For realizing the researching purpose,fully used the system communication of war satellite and the net resources,developed “the General Nursing Informatio n System of Military Hospital”(for short:Nursing System).In order to provide th e management mode under the information net condition for the military hospital nursing,improved the nursing quality evaluate system,built the net mode,such as nursing human resources dynamic adjusting and preparing,whole nursing applic ation,charge nurse operation management.
