摘要
以聚乙二醇作分散剂和稳定剂,水为分散介质,用硫酸亚铁铵和硫酸高铁铵作为反应物,在pH为11~12条件下,用共沉淀法制备了磁流体.然后以壳聚糖为包裹材料包埋自制的磁流体,得到磁性壳聚糖微球(磁性CS-M).电镜结果表明:该微球具有核壳结构,粒径在50μm左右;该磁性粒子具有较强的磁响应性,在一定的外加磁场作用下可快速沉降.
The magnetic particles were prepared by coprecipitating divalent and trivalent iron in the presence of polyethylene glycol and sodium hydroxide(pH of solution is 11~12). And a new magnetic CS-M was synthesized by coating magnetic fluid with chitosan. This microspheres, determined from SEM, contains a magnetic core and a polymer shell,and its diameter is about 50 μm. Experiments indicated that the magnetis CS-M have a good spherical geomethy as well as the better magnetic induction.
