摘要
对人力资源实验课程的目的、特点以及具体的课程设计做了探讨。人力资源管理实验课程可以在一定程度上缓解教学中理论和实践脱钩的弊病,通过亲验性教学,提高本科学生对人力资源管理技术的认识和操作技能。
This article discussed the objective of HRM experimental curriculum, its characteristics and program design. HRM experiment program will let students have more personal practices within their lecture time and it is better to improve student's skills, capabilities rather than teachers tell them.
