摘要
企业文化是一种非正式制度,在与企业的正式制度协同作用于企业发展的同时,又表现出与企业正式制度变迁的不同步与不兼容。由于企业文化常常滞后于企业正式制度的变迁,使得企业正式制度的变迁受到一定的阻力,或表现为对所移植的某些正式制度具有排斥性。
Enterprise culture is an informal institutions.While it improves enterprise's development in coordination with enterprise formal institutions,it is still out-of-step and incompatible with the change of formal institutions.Because enterprise culture often lags behind the change of formal institutions,which hinders the change of the later or is exclusive to some transplanted formal institutions.
