高校知识分子非酒精性脂肪肝与心血管及代谢性疾病的关系 被引量:18

The relationship of non-alcoholic fatty liver with metabolic or cardiovascular disease for group of intellectual among teaching staffs in colleges

摘要 目的 探索知识分子群体非酒精性脂肪肝与心血管及代谢性疾病的关系和流行病学意义。方法 对粤西两所高校 86 2名教师进行体检。采用对照研究的方法 ,抽取年龄、性别一致的非酒精性脂肪肝和非脂肪肝各 16 6例 ,分析非酒精性脂肪肝与肥胖、2型糖尿病、高脂血症、高血压、冠心病的相关性。回顾近 5年的体检资料 ,研究非酒精性脂肪肝与相关疾病的因果关系。结果 知识分子群体非酒精性脂肪肝患病率为 2 2 74 % ,男、女患病率间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ;非酒精性脂肪肝与肥胖、高脂血症、2型糖尿病、高血压、冠心病密切相关 (P <0 0 1)。 2型糖尿病、高血压、冠心病的患病率有逐年增长趋势。结论 肥胖与高脂血症是知识分子群体非酒精性脂肪肝的重要病因 ;非酒精性脂肪肝是 2型糖尿病、高血压的危险因素 ,与冠心病关系密切。有效防治非酒精性脂肪肝可减少 2型糖尿病、高血压、冠心病的发生。 Objective To investigate the relationship of non-alcoholic fatty liver with metabolic or cardiovascular disease,and the significance of epidemiology for group of intellectual.Methods To examine into 862 intellectual among teaching staffs in two college in the west of Guangdong province.We compared two groups according to non-alcoholic fatty liver and no fatty liver.Each group was composed of 166 person who were same age and sex.Analyzed the interrelation of non-alcoholic fatty liver with high blood-liquid,hypertension,coronary heart disease,diabetesⅡand obesity.Reviewing related medicine examination data nearest five years,consequence casing non-alcoholic fatty liver was analyzed.Results The rate of non-alcoholic fatty liver among those two college′s teaching staffs is 22.74%.The rate of non-alcoholic fatty liver between male and female were remarkable differences(χ 2=12.11,P<0.01).Non-alcoholic fatty liver is closely related with high blood-liquid,hypertension,coronary heart disease,diabetesⅡand obesity (P<0.01).The rate of diabetesⅡ,hypertension and coronary heart disease has also increased trend gradually.Conclusion For group of intellectual,the results indicated that the primary cause of non-alcoholic fatty liver was they being suffered obesity or high blood-liquid;and non-alcoholic fatty liver is regarded as a higher dangerous factor causing diabetesⅡ and hypertension,and closely related with coronary heart disease.Therefore,if the non-alcoholic fatty liver was effectually prevented,the hypertension,diabetesⅡ and coronary heart disease would be decreased.
