ABS接枝胶粉氯化法制备新型ACS材料

摘要 用气固相法制备氯化ABS接枝胶粉 ,再与SAN [苯乙烯 (S) -丙烯腈 (AN)的无规共聚物 ]共混 ,制得工程塑料新型ACS (苯乙烯 -氯化ABS接枝胶粉 -丙烯腈 )。研究了氯化反应条件、氯化ABS接枝胶粉质量分数、氯含量、聚丁二烯质量分数对ACS力学性能的影响 ;通过DSC技术分析了材料的热性能。结果表明 :在冰水浴中、控制氯气流量的条件下 ,氯化接枝胶粉质量分数为 3 9%~ 5 2 %、氯含量为 10 %~ 15 %、胶粉型号为PP180时 ,新型ACS的拉伸、冲击性能明显优于ABS树脂 ,其热性能也与传统的ACS树脂相当。 The chloridized grafted rubber powder was prepared by gas solid method, and the prepared powder was then blended with styrene acrylonitrile copolymer (SAN), resulted in a new engineering plastics styrene chloridized ABS graftedrubber powder acrylonitrile (ACS) Th effects of chloridizing reaction conditions, the mass fraction of chloridized ABS grafted rubber powder, the content of chlorine and the mass fraction of polybutadiene on the mechanical properties of the prepared ACS were studied, and the thermal property of the ACS was analyzed by means of DSC The results showed when the chloride discharge was controlled by ice bath, the mass fraction of chloridized ABS grafted rubber powder was 39%~52%, the content of chloride was 10%~15% and the rubber powder was of PP180 type, the tensile and impact properties of the prepared ACS were obviously better than those of ABS, and the thermal property of the new ACS was about the same as that of the ACS by common method
