新型吸水树脂用于低级醇脱水的研究 被引量:1

摘要 与水共沸的物质的精制相当困难,一般工艺流程都较长。采用新型吸水树脂对低级醇进行脱水实验。实验发现C3—C5的一元醇精制时采用吸水树脂脱水效果极佳。优点是流程短,设备简单,损失少,且树脂可以重复使用,为工业化生产提供了依据。 It's quite difficult to purify the substance co-boiling with water.The ordinary technological process is long.In this paper,a new water-absorbent resin was adopted to dehydrate alcohol.It was found that water-absorbent resin had excellent efficiency of dehydration when it was used for purifying C 3 -C 5 monobasic alcohol.The method has some advantages,simple devices,small loss and reusable resin.All of these provide the basis for industrial production.
