摘要
为提高中药产品药液的分离精度、纯度和有效成分,根据中药生产中药源的特点,分析了药液中存在物质的形态、性质的不同带来的过滤分离特性与难点,提出了具有选择性吸附和机械截留相结合的复合过滤技术,探讨了复合过滤机理。通过将机械截留的过滤过程与具有选择性滤材的吸附过程相结合,进行了中药药液中蛋白质的吸附与复合过滤试验,除去胶状物质、聚集物、非目的蛋白、脂类和小颗粒,同时使目的产品能顺利通过,为复合过滤技术在中药的过滤与分离中的应用提供实验数据和应用依据。
The characteristic and difficulty of the filtration separation employed in the Chinese traditional medicine production caused by the conformation and property of the matter existing in the decoction were analyzed. A kind of multiple filtration technology serving the function of selective adsorption and mechanical interception was brought forward and the mechanism of the multiple filtration was discussed according to the characteristic of the source of the Chinese traditional medicine in order to improve the precision of separation, the purity and the efficiency ingredient of the Chinese traditional medicine product. The experimentation of adsorption and multiple filtrations were carried out on the protein existing in the decoction by combining the process of mechanical interception and selective adsorption of the filtrate material. The colloidal matter, the conglomeration, the useless protein, the grease and the particulates were removed in the experimentation, but the effective matter was preserved. The experimental data and the evidence for the application of the multiple filtration technology in the filtration and separation of the Chinese traditional medicine were provided.
