摘要
目的 建立快速简便的鉴别皮肤癣菌的分子生物学方法。方法 提取石膏样小孢子菌、狗小孢子菌、红色毛癣菌、石膏样毛癣菌和絮状表皮癣菌等常见皮肤癣菌的DNA ,采用寡核苷酸重复序列 (GACA) 4 单个引物进行随机扩增 ,电泳检测聚合酶链反应 (PCR)产物。结果 全部菌株均得到有效扩增 ,根据扩增条带特征 ,各属种易于区分辨别。结论 采用随机扩增多态性DNA分析指纹图谱的方法对常见的皮肤癣菌进行鉴别 ,快速稳定 ,能够协助临床早期诊断、治疗 ,值得推广。
Objective To establish a rapid, reliable method to distinguish common species of dermatophytes. Methods Using a simple repetitive oligonucleotide (GACA) 4 to amplify the DNA of Microsporum gypseum, Microsporum canis, Trichphyton rubrum, Trichphyton mentagrophyte and Epidermophyton floccosum. Results The DNA of all the strains of dermatophytes was amplified successfully, producing species specific profiles. Conclusion The random amplification of polymorphic DNA for the identification of common species of dermatophytes is a stable, prompt and sensitive method.
