摘要
给出了丙烯精馏塔的成本目标函数,建立了丙烯精馏塔的数学模型,分析了该数学模型的约束条件.数学模型求解后的结果表明:控制丙烯精馏塔塔底再沸器的加热量,可以使成本目标函数达到最小值,从而实现该塔的在线优化.
The cost target function of optimization of the process in propylene fractionating tower is given and the mathematical model of the process is set up. At the same time the constraint conditions of the process are analyzed. It is shown by solving the mathematical model that the cost target function can be minimized by controlling the heating power in the reboiler at the tower bottom, so that the online optimization is realized.
