摘要
通过实验研究了影响内电解法对印染废水脱色效果的多种因素,这些因素包括pH值、停留时间、铁碳比、供氧量、进水色度、染料结构等,发现主要影响因素为pH值、停留时间和铁碳比.通过正交试验,利用方差分析来确定内电解法对印染废水脱色的最佳工艺条件.
The influence of various factors on the decolorization effect of printing and dyeing waste liquid with inner electrolyse is investigated experimentally,the factors being pH,retention period,ferro-carbon ratio,oxygen supply,colority of liquid admission,and dyestuff structure. It is found that the main influencing factors are pH, retention period, and ferro-carbon ratio. In this paper,the square-error analysis and cross-test are used to determine the optimal processing conditions of inner electrolytical decolorization of printing and dyeing waste liquid.
