合肥市蔬菜中铬、铅、镉和铜污染现状评价 被引量:42

摘要 调查了合肥市市场出售的6类17种蔬菜中重金属铬、铅、镉、铜的污染现状。结果表明:合肥市的6类蔬菜中重金属含量差异较大,镉的含量依次为葱蒜类>叶菜类>根茎类>豆类>茄果类>瓜菜类,铬的含量依次为葱蒜类>叶菜类>豆类>瓜菜类>根茎类>茄果类,铅含量依次为葱蒜类>叶菜类>茄果类>瓜菜类>豆类>根茎类,铜的含量依次为豆类>叶菜类>根茎类>葱蒜类>茄果类>瓜菜类;同一蔬菜不同部位中重金属含量差异也较大,叶片中重金属含量普遍高于其它部位;评价结果显示,在6类蔬菜中,叶菜类和葱蒜类蔬菜中重金属含量超标比较严重,在4种重金属中,铅污染超标最严重。 The contamination level of Cr,Pb,Cd and Cu in 16 kinds of vegetables in Hefei was investigated and evaluated. The results showed that the contents of heavy metals in vegetables varied significantly with different kinds of vegetables. The content sequence of Cd was scallions>leaf vegetables>root vegetables>legumes>egg plants>gourds. The content sequence of Cr was scallions>leaf vegetables>legumes>gourds>root vegetables>egg plants. The content sequence of Pb was scallions>leaf vegetables>egg plants>gourds>legumes>root vegetables.The content sequence of Cu was legumes>leaf vegetables>root vegetables>scallions>egg plants>gourds. The content of heavy metals was different in different tissues of the same vegetable.The content of heavy metals in leaves was higher than that in other tissues. The evaluation result showed that the contamination of heavy metals in scallions and leaf vegetables was severe, the contamination of lead in vegetables was severer than that of other 3 heavy metals.
