摘要
近年来 ,企业控制风险日益成为企业活动中的主要部分 ,对其分析并进行管理已经成为现代企业的第一要务。对企业经营管理中的各种风险识别、分析、衡量及持续管理进行了论述 。
Recently, the risk of company’s internal control has been becoming the major part of its operation.It has been the most important thing to modern companies to analyze and appropriately manage the risk. This paper will show how to discover,analye,measure and manage all kinds of risks which are in company’s operation, so that company can improve the ability of its control risk and the level of management.
