摘要 数字参考服务是基于网络的人机参考服务平台 ,是数字图书馆主要的服务方式。作者通过文献分析 ,结合在美国的工作体会和实地考察 ,简要叙述了美国数字参考服务的发展历程 ,重点介绍了美国数字参考服务方式 。 Digital reference is web-based human-media Q/A service, which is also the main serivce of digital libraries.According to the document survey and professional experience in USA, the author gives a brief introduction to the development, focus on introducing the service tools, the implication and trends of digital reference in USA.
