摘要
针对固体废弃物卫生填埋场地适宜性评价具有多目标性和模糊性的特点,引入改进的层次分析法(AHP)确定评价指标的权重,在此基础上构造多目标模糊模式识别模型,发展了模糊模式识别模型和模糊综合评判模型相结合的多层次多目标复杂系统模糊集评价方法。利用该方法对某地固体废弃物卫生填埋场进行了选址评价,论证了固体废弃物卫生填埋场的场地适宜性。
Considering the characteristics of multi-objective and fuzziness in suitability evaluation of municipal solid wastes landfill site, an approach of multi-layer and multi-objective fuzzy sets for complicated system is presented. The fuzzy pattern recognition model is combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate and optimize municipal solid wastes landfill site. In the model, an adapted analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and relative membership function are proposed to calculate respectively the weights of evaluation indexes and the optimal fuzzy recognition matrix. Finally, the proposed approach is successfully applied to assess a given solid wastes landfill site in Shanghai area. Moreover, the procedure can also be applied for evaluation and optimization of the engineering sites for other purposes.
