摘要 ①目的 探讨过敏性紫癜 (HSP)病儿血浆血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)的水平变化及其在HSP发病中的作用。②方法 采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测 38例HSP病儿及 16例正常儿童的血浆VEGF水平。③结果HSP病儿急性期血浆VEGF水平明显高于缓解期及正常对照组 ,差异有显著性 (t =3.5 2 9、4 .183,P <0 .0 1)。急性期有、无肾损害组血浆VEGF水平分别为 (2 30 .71± 74 .93)ng/L、(192 .70± 139.83)ng/L ,二者比较差异无显著意义 (t=0 .814 ,P >0 .0 5 ) ;急性期有、无胃肠道症状组血浆VEGF水平分别为 (2 80 .0 6± 16 1.4 9)ng/L、(15 2 .88±4 6 .4 3)ng/L ,二者比较差异有显著性 (t=2 .79,P <0 .0 5 )。④结论 HSP病儿急性期血浆VEGF水平明显升高 ,提示VEGF参与了HSP血管炎症反应过程 ,在HSP发病机制中有重要意义。VEGF可能与HSP胃肠道损害有较为密切的关系。 ObjectiveTo investigate the changes of plasma vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and its role in children with Henoch Schoenlein Purpura (HSP).MethodsPlasma VEGF were measured by ELISA in 38 children with HSP and 16 normal ones. ResultsPlasma VEGF levels in children with HSP in acute phase were significantly higher than those in remission phase and normal controls, the difference was dramatic (t=3.529, 4.183,P<0.01). In acute phase, the VEGF level in patients with renal function impairment was (230.71±74.93) ng/L, and that without was (192.70±139.83) ng/L, showing no marked difference between the two groups (t=0.814, P>0.05). For those with gastrointestinal symptoms in acute phase, the VEGF level was (280.06±161.49)ng/L; for those without was (152.88±46.43)ng/L, the difference was remarkable (t=2.79, P<0.05). ConclusionThe plasma level of VEGF increases markedly in acute phase of HSP, indicating that VEGF is involved in pathogenesis of HSP. VEGF may have a close relationship with the damage of gastrointestinal system in HSP. [
