摘要 对阵列波导光栅型波分复用器/解复用器进行了实验研究,得到其高斯型(40ch×100GHz)和平坦型(32ch×50GHz)的传输谱线图以及主要性能参数的实验结果. In this paper,the Arrayed-Waveguide Grating(AWG) multi/demultiplexer is studied, and the transmission spectrum traces of the Gaussian type (40 ch×100 GHz) and flat top type(32 ch×50 GHz) AWG are founded. At the same time, we also find other important results, including a different kind of structure parameters.
