摘要
从历史过程看,是政府推动了经济体制改革,释放了市场的力量,使得中国经济能够迅速发展,显现了政府干预行为的效率。作为新兴产业,旅游产业的发展过程充分说明了这一点。同时,中国旅游产业经济管理中的"政府失灵"现象非常突出。通过对旅游产业的分析可以看出,产业经济发展的关键在于正确处理政府与市场的关系,实行积极而有限的政府职能,提高政府行为的有效性。
From the perspective of history,it is the government that has been promoting economic structure reform and releasing the market power,which has facilitated the rapid development of Chinese economy and displayed the efficiency of government intervening behavior.As a new and developing industry,the development of tourism industry has been illustrating this point.At the same time,'Government Failure' has been obvious in the management of Chinese tourism industry.Through the analysis on tourism industry,we can draw a conclusion that the hinge to the industry development relies on dealing with the relationship between government and market appropriately,carrying out positive and limited government function,and improving the validity of government behavior.
