摘要
教师作为课程实施者 ,是影响课程实施的核心因素 ,他应当具有研究意识、生成意识、主体意识、课程资源意识和反思意识 ,唯有具备这些角色意识 。
Teacher,as a practitioner of curriculum,is the core factor that affects curriculum implementation.Being a teacher, one should acquire the following role consciousness the consciousness of research: the consciousness of formation;the consciousness of main body;the consciousness of curriculum resources and the consciousness of reflection.Only being equipped with all the above role consciousness can a teacher better promote the implementation of curriculum.
