摘要
为探讨抚触新生儿对母乳性黄疸的影响 ,将 72例新生儿母乳性黄疸患儿随机分为抚触组和对照组 ,观察了母乳性黄疸消退情况。结果表明 ,抚触组新生儿母乳性黄疸消退较明显。提示抚触是一种简单实用的护理技术 ,可促进新生儿母乳性黄疸的消退 ,值得推广。
To study the therapeutic effect of touch to reduce the serum bilirubin level in breast milk jaundice infants,72 infants with breast milk jaundice were randomly assigned into 2 groups.Beside the conventional treatment,touch therapy was received to the investigated group.Total serum bilirubin(TSB)levels were determined.After treatment,the average value of daily decreased TSB levels of the investigated group were obviously higher than those of the control group( P <0 01),the time needed for recovering from jaundice was significantly shorter in the investigated group than in the control group( P <0 01).The result shows that infant touch is an effective nursing technique to reduce the TSB levels in infants with breast milk jaundice,and it is worthy of application.
