摘要
党的十六大提出“走新型工业化道路” ,这为我们在本世纪头 2 0年基本实现工业化指明了方向。科学理解走新型工业化道路的丰富内涵 ,深刻认识走新型工业化道路的重要意义 ,准确把握走新型工业化道路的有效途径 ,对于开创中国特色社会主义新局面 ,本世纪前二十年全面建设小康社会 ,实现现代化建设的第二步战略目标 。
The new industrial modernization,put forward in t he 16th CPC National Congress,gives us the orientation in industry during the fi rst 20 years of this century,In order to open the new characteristic Chinese soc ialism,and to build a society of being well-off,and to attain the strategic goal s for the second stage of our modernization,it is of great significance to have a good understanding of the new industrial modernization as well as a sound way to realize it.
