摘要
目的 探讨血清雌二醇和孕酮的浓度与异位妊娠的关系。方法 采用微粒子酶免分析技术(MEIA)检测正常宫内孕(IUP)和榆卵管妊娠(TP)孕妇血清雌二醇和孕酮的浓度。结果 胚胎正常着床时,血清雌二醇和孕酮水平均较高;胚胎异位着床于输卵管时,血清雌二醇和孕酮均降低,两组差异高度显著(P<0.001)。结论 胚胎正常着床时,需要较高水平血清雌二醇和孕酮维持妊娠;胎胚异位着床于输卵管时,血清中由于低浓度的雌二醇和孕酮,影响输卵管功能,导致胚泡异位植入。
Objective To investigate the relationship between that the serum estradiol and progesterone with ectopic pregnancy. Methods Respectively detected the concentrations of the serum estradiol and progesterone in intrauterine pregnant and tubal pregnant women by means of microparticle enzyme immunoassay (MEIA). Results The results showed that when the embryo implanted in the normal place of the uterine,the levels of serum estradiol and progesterone are high; when the embryo implanted in the oviduct,the levels of serum estradiol and progesterone decreased. And the differences between the two groups were significant (P<0. 001). Conclusions The lower levels of the serum estradiol and progesterone could affect the functions of the human oviducts lead to the ectopic implantation of the blastocyst. Therefore,a normal implant of the embryo,high level of serum estradiol and progesterone is needed.
